  • Proofing: For custom items, you will receive a digital mockup or proof. It is your responsibility to review and approve it before production begins.

  • Production & Shipping Times: Turnaround times may vary based on order size and complexity. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Returns & Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Great British Pounds, include 20% VAT at checkout, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product photos, and content on this website are the property of Tackle Apparel or our partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our written permission.

You affirm that you have the legal right to use any logos, designs, or branding you submit for printing on custom apparel.
