Refund Policy

At Tackle Apparel, each product we create is made-to-order and personalized to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable once production begins.

1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom-branded apparel, including (but not limited to) sweatshirts, hoodies, accessories, or any other garments with logos, names, or personalized designs. Once you approve the final design proof and submit payment, the order is considered final.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect size, logo error, or printing issue), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement if we determine the error was ours.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

4. Design Approval Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs and design mockups before production. Tackle Apparel is not liable for errors that were approved in the final design (e.g., misspellings, incorrect colors, or placement).
